Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Cyprus.

If you are located outside Cyprus and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Some products are shipped directly from our central European warehouse, allowing us to offer a wider selection of carefully selected bedding, sleep products, and home textiles.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery: €4.95

Free Delivery: Orders over €89

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking Your Order

Most shipments include tracking information.

If you have not received your tracking details or need assistance locating your parcel, please contact us at info@cala.cy.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Cala cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs procedures, or peak seasonal periods.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cala.cy so we can investigate and assist.
